Residents enjoy the privacy and luxury of separate apartment living combined with the advantages of a communal lifestyle, something which is extremely sought after as an alternative to a single room accommodation available in most aged care facilities. Glades Bay Gardens is ideally positioned within easy walking distance to Banjo Patterson Park, and is strategically located close to Sydney city for shopping, museums, art galleries, shows, parks and restaurants.

The bus stop is two minutes away with Gladesville, Birkenhead Point and Top Ryde Shopping centres all nearby.

All our homes are fully accredited by the Commonwealth Government's Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency.

The 38 low care apartments are fully serviced and residents enjoy complete care and attention from the highly skilled and caring staff.

Residents have the luxury of being able to enjoy their own space and privacy when desired or, as they choose, participate in community activities, concerts, entertainment programs or outings.

Prepared in our kitchen, on-site meals are nutritious and enjoyable and served in the communal dining room. Menus are revised annually with input from the residents and our Dietitian. Breakfast baskets are available for those residents who prefer a sleep in and enjoy breakfast in their apartment. A catering service is also available for residents who wish to entertain friends and or family in their apartment. There is an additional charge for this service based on the number of guests and menu choice.

Residents can relax in the large outdoor barbecue area or rest, read or socialise beneath the living shade pergola.

Along with the beautiful gardens, Gladesville offers residents freedom of choice in an informal, relaxed family atmosphere.

Specialist requirements are carefully considered. Residents have the choice of their own doctor and access to a visiting physiotherapist, mobile x-ray, podiatrist, optometrist, dentist, pharmacist and dietician. Programs are developed to suit individual needs and personal care is superior.

A visiting beautician, hairdresser and massage therapist makes personal grooming a pleasure. Aromatherapy treatments may also be arranged.

Residents' security hasn't been forgotten either. The property is protected by a security night patrol.
