Gold Coast Aged Care welcomes Karingal Nursing Home in Dalby, QLD 4405 residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms by bringing items from their previous home.

The Karingal Residential Aged Care Facility is also located on the Hospital campus. The Dalby Hospital provides a number of services to the community including maternity medical surgical accident and emergency children's outpatients pathology palliative care and aged care. Clinics available to the Hospital include antenatal dental gynaecology fracture minor operations surgical outpatients women's health paediatrics and medical imaging. Allied health provides dietetics occupational therapy pathology pharmacy physiotherapy radiography speech pathology and social work services. Community health care services available are community and child health Indigenous health diabetic care Home and Community Care Services and cardiac rehabilitation as well as a school-based health nurse McGrath Foundation Breast Care Nurse early intervention specialist and a child protection officer. Mental health services are provided across the Northern Downs district including the Dalby Hospital. Dalby Hospital recently underwent an $11 million refurbishment including new emergency and maternity departments. Another $1 million was dedicated to the refurbishment of the mental health facilities.
