Aldersgate Aged Care is a residential aged care facility that offers quality care for the elderly. We offer multi-care services to 115 permanent residents in a comfortable setting surrounded by beautiful gardens and landscaping. We also accommodate residents with dementia and mental health conditions who require the safety of a secure setting.We work hard to maintain and improve the quality of life for our residents who due to a physical or cognitive impairment are unable to maintain their own lifestyles. Our services include: assistance with daily living activities emotional support and access to specialised therapies mental health dementia and palliative care. Our residents also enjoy regular outings church services group and individual activities. At Aldersgate residents can be involved in many community activities and events and we encourage family and friends to become actively involved in our programs. Aldersgate Aged Care is for people over 60 years of age who have approval for residential aged care entry. We offer 115 individual rooms with support provided as necessary. We also provide services to people who require a secure dementia care area. This area consists of three nine bed cottages. These dwellings are set amongst beautiful gardens and walkways and have an atmosphere of openness.
